Seem difficult and so many ingredients to prepare, so many steps to follow, but I am so glad that I have successful on my first try ^^

Ingredients:
- Chicken wing - 7 pieces and cut into 2, total 14 pieces
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt (can adjust according to your preferable taste)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minces ginger
- Potato starch
Sauce:
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon mirin
- 2 tablespoon apple cider
- 1 tablespoon Korean red chili paste (Gochujang)
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar (adjust according to your preferable taste)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Pinch pepper

Steps:
- Marinate chicken wings with ingredients no.2 -5. Set aside for 10 mins.
- Coated chicken wings with potato starch (make sure is well coated).
- Deep fried chicken wings for the first time for about 12 mins. Drain on kitchen towel for about 2 mins before go for second fried. Once you see all the chicken wings turn golden brown, you may drain on kitchen towel. (The reason we fried it twice is because the texture will be juicy inside and crispy outside.)
- Prepare the sauce by mix all ingredients together and cook to boil.
- Off the heat of sauce then pour all the chicken wings in and stir to coat evenly.
- Enjoy your chicken wings while it hot!
